Waukesha, WI – December 12, 2012 - VF IT Services is proud to announce the acquisition of openmail.cc.
“Openmail.cc's vision and infrastructure closely matches our own”, said Rick Romero, owner of VF IT Services. “I believe this will be a great move for both VFEmail and the users of openmail.cc.”
VFEmail plans to migrate openmail.cc's users to it's own systems over the next few months, providing them with options not currently available, and cutting down on future operating expenses. No personnel will be included as part of the acquisition.
